These terms apply to all use of Tomrere.no. By using Tomrere.no, you confirm that you accept these terms.
Changes to the terms may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of Tomrere.no after changes to the terms confirms your acceptance of the new terms. The terms were last changed 26.10.2022.
1. About Tomrere.no
The purpose of Tomrere.no is to make it easy for Tomrere.no‘s users to get in touch with one or more providers of builder services. Tomrere.no is owned and operated by Leadly AS, org. no 929 322 649.
Tomrere.no is free to use for the user.
2. Requests, contact forms and data storage
If the user submits a request through a contact form on Tomrere.no, the request will be forwarded to one or more providers of builder services. The provider will then be able to send the user an offer based on the information provided by the user.
Other than this, the user’s information is not disclosed to third parties, and the user’s data is stored and processed as described in Tomrere.no‘s privacy policy.
If the submitted information is incorrect or incomplete, for example if the phone number is incorrectly entered or missing, Tomrere.no and the provider have the option to correct or supplement the submitted information based on publicly available information about the user.
All communication following a submitted request takes place directly between the user and the provider through the contact information provided by the user in the request, such as telephone, email or other communication channels – even if the user is registered in the Central Marketing Exclusion Register. Tomrere.no does not communicate directly with the individual user and is not obliged to respond to enquiries from the user.
3. Responsibilities and Tomrere.no‘s role in relation to the providers
Tomrere.no partners with selected providers of builder services.
Tomrere.no‘s role is to put users and providers in touch with each other. Tomrere.no is independent of the providers and is neither involved in the creation of any offers nor in the fulfilment of any services contained in the offers. Tomrere.no does not guarantee that the offers are the cheapest or best available on the market, nor that all requests result in offers actually being created and sent to the user.
All use of Tomrere.no is at the user’s own risk. Tomrere.no is not a party to any agreements entered into between the user and the providers on the basis of requests submitted through Tomrere.no, and has no responsibility for the legality, cost, suitability, execution, delays, quality, errors, losses or other circumstances surrounding the agreements. The user shall indemnify Tomrere.no against any loss incurred as a result of using Tomrere.no.
Tomrere.no shall not be liable on behalf of either the user or the provider for any tax or fiscal matters, be they tax, VAT or other matters, that may arise in relation with the provider’s fulfilment of the assignment or the user’s payment.
4. Content and materials on Tomrere.no
Tomrere.no contains a number of subpages and articles with content that is considered to be relevant and interesting to the user. The content is based on reputable sources and Tomrere.no endeavours to ensure that the content is correct. However, Tomrere.no does not guarantee the accuracy of the content, and the user is responsible for fact-checking and quality assurance of all information obtained through Tomrere.no.
All intellectual property rights related to Tomrere.no including but not limited to domain names, text content, logos, trademarks, design elements, technical solutions and all other copyrighted material on Tomrere.no belong to Leadly AS, and no form of non-commercial or commercial use of these is permitted either for users, providers or third parties.
No form of non-commercial or commercial use of third parties’ intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos and all other copyrighted material is permitted, and Leadly AS cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of these.
5. Unauthorised use of Tomrere.no
It is not permitted to use Tomrere.no to
- upload, publish, email or otherwise make available or transmit any content of an offensive nature including but not limited to threats, harassment, defamation, racial slurs, hate speech
- upload, publish, email or otherwise make available or transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, chain letters or other forms of junk mail/spam.
- upload, publish, email or otherwise make available or transmit computer viruses or other material that is harmful to computers.
- break into computer systems, including parts of Tomrere.no and associated systems.
It is not permitted to knowingly provide false information through submitting a contact form on Tomrere.no or through other communication channels.
It is not permitted to use a false identity or claim to be authorized to act on behalf of persons, companies or others that one is not authorised to act on behalf of.
It is not permitted to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any non-public areas of Tomrere.no including but not limited to the administration panel, editing tools, restricted and/or password-protected content, login credentials, backups, databases, servers, email systems or other systems related to the Tomrere.no.
It is not permitted to obtain or attempt to obtain access to any information, data or other materials related to other users of Tomrere.no or to Tomrere.no‘s business partners.
It is not permitted to cause or attempt to cause service interruptions or instability on Tomrere.no or in other systems related to Tomrere.no.
It is not permitted for a provider to pretend to be a partner of or otherwise have a relationship with Tomrere.no without having an active agreement with Tomrere.no.
No other dishonest or malicious use of Tomrere.no is permitted.
6. Dispute resolution
Tomrere.no only facilitates contact between users and providers and is not a party to any disputes that may arise between them. Tomrere.no does not take a position on disagreements that may arise between the parties, nor does Tomrere.no take a position on claims in evaluations and responses that the parties are in disagreement about.
Tomrere.no is subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the use of Tomrere.no shall be resolved amicably. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the parties agree to Oslo Forliksråd and Oslo Tingrett as the permanent venue.
